Rates are subject to change without notice. Rates apply for a two day period or weekend. Monthly and weekly rates are available upon request.

All late returns will be charged appropriately. Inflatables will be charged a days rental if they are returned late. A credit card will be used as collateral and will be charged.

Reservations are accepted by phone or in person, but are not guaranteed until we receive a deposit by mail or in person. Deposit is non-refundable. Receipt of credit card authorizes that Kutcha’s may bill Customer’s credit card at time of pick-up, return or past due date. It also means the customer agreed to terms and conditions.

Delivery and pick up are at the door or garage only. Our service does NOT include set up and tear down of tables, chairs, or other goods. If this service is desired, arrangements must be made several days prior to delivery and/or pick up with a special charged quoted. Deliveries could be as early as Wednesday.

If linen is lost or returned torn, burned or beyond cleaning, the full replacement value will be charged to your credit card in addition to rental charge. Do not place linens in plastic, as they will mildew quickly and cannot be cleaned.

On Inflatables, Interactive Inflatables, Water Activities, China, Flatware, Glassware, Linens, and the Pig Roaster - a credit card is required for collateral.

Notify Kutcha’s immediately if equipment does not function properly or if there are any shortages, or NO refunds or allowances will be made.

Payment for a Sunday party is due in full by the close of day on Friday.

Lost or broken carriers will be charged full replacement value.

Returns are Mondays only! Between the hours of 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. We are closed on Sundays!

On China, Glassware, and Flatware - A credit card is needed for collateral. If any items are chipped, broken, or damaged, your credit card will be charged full replacement value.

All equipment must be clean and returned in original condition and containers. If china is not scraped - a $50.00 cleaning fee will be charged! China and glass carriers are NOT to be used for trash receptacles.
